How and when you get access to the Zoa Zone platform
Zoa Zone is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product. There is no physical product and therefore no physical shipping involved in any purchase. Nothing is dispatched, couriered or delivered to a postal address.
Access to the platform is delivered instantly and electronically over the internet as soon as your payment is successfully processed via Cashfree Payments (or our international payment processor). Your account is activated immediately, and you can log in and start using payroll, billing and accounting features right away. Login credentials and onboarding instructions are delivered by email to your registered address.
Delivery confirmation: a payment confirmation and account activation email is sent on every successful transaction.
Delivery issues: if you paid but did not receive access within minutes, email care@zoazoneservices.com and we will activate your account or refund the charge.
